ITBoost is a modern SaaS dashboard purpose-built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to streamline IT documentation,
asset tracking, credential management, and service operations. Our team engineered a robust cloud solution that brings
everything into one unified workspace — reducing manual overhead, increasing technician productivity, and improving client satisfaction.

The objective was to create a powerful operations hub where MSP teams could manage documentation, passwords, devices,
networks, and client infrastructure without jumping between tools. We designed an intuitive dashboard with real-time insights,
customizable widgets, automated reporting, and secure role-based access control. The platform integrates with leading PSA and RMM systems,
helping technicians automate workflows and respond to incidents faster.

From UX research to deployment, we focused heavily on performance, scalability, and security. The system supports thousands of endpoints
and delivers lightning-fast search, encrypted vault storage, audit trails, and detailed activity logs. The result is a platform that
significantly improves operational efficiency while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability.

The challenge of project

The main challenges included consolidating multiple disconnected tools into a single ecosystem, ensuring high-level security for sensitive credentials,
and designing an interface simple enough for technicians yet powerful for administrators. We implemented encryption standards,
