MunchON is a full-stack food delivery ecosystem connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners in one intelligent marketplace.
We developed a high-performance ordering platform that enables real-time menus, instant checkout, live tracking, and automated dispatch —
ensuring fast deliveries and an exceptional customer experience.

The platform allows restaurants to manage menus, pricing, availability, and promotions while customers enjoy smooth browsing,
smart recommendations, and one-tap checkout. Delivery partners receive optimized routes and real-time order notifications,
minimizing delays and improving efficiency.

We built a scalable microservices backend with real-time WebSocket updates, secure payment integrations, and location tracking.
The system handles thousands of concurrent orders during peak hours without performance degradation, ensuring reliability
for both vendors and customers.

The challenge of project

The main challenges included synchronizing live orders, managing peak-hour traffic, ensuring accurate delivery tracking,
and providing a frictionless UX across multiple user roles. We focused on low latency, smart caching, and high availability infrastructure.
