Pakr is a cutting-edge mobile-first parcel delivery application that connects local couriers with customers needing instant shipping services. Focused on “The Last Mile,” Pakr provides a seamless user experience for sending and receiving items within city limits in record time.

Building Pakr involved creating a dual-application ecosystem: one for the customers to book deliveries and another for the riders to manage their tasks. The core engine uses a proprietary matching algorithm that assigns the nearest available rider based on traffic conditions and vehicle type. For businesses, Pakr offers a bulk-upload feature that allows e-commerce stores to fulfill hundreds of orders simultaneously. Security was a top priority, so we integrated OTP-based delivery verification and real-time wallet settlements for riders. The platform has scaled to handle over 10,000 deliveries daily, maintaining a 98.5% on-time delivery rate.
