Who we are

Bashin Technologies is a software company working across web and mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, AI automation, and product design. We work with clients in e-commerce, logistics, health, and internal enterprise tooling — usually as the team that builds the thing, not the team that writes a deck about building it.

We are deliberately small. That has consequences worth being upfront about. The engineer who writes the code is usually the one on the client call, so communication matters as much as commits. There is no layer of project managers translating between you and the problem. Scope moves, priorities shift, and you will sometimes be the person who decides how something should work. If you want a narrow, fully specified ticket queue, we are honestly not the right fit — and that is fine.

What you get in exchange is range and ownership: real products, real users, and the ability to point at something in the world and say you built it.

What we care about

• Ship what survives production
  A feature is not finished when it works on your machine. It is finished when it holds up under real traffic, real data, and the edge case nobody thought of. We would rather ship one thing that lasts than three that need rescuing next quarter.
• The builder talks to the client
  Requirements degrade every time they get relayed. The person doing the work should hear the problem first-hand, ask the awkward question, and push back when the request does not match the need.
• Say the hard thing early
  A deadline that will slip, an approach that will not scale, a scope that has quietly doubled — these get cheaper the sooner they are said out loud. We do not treat bad news as a personal failing.
• Show the work, not the adjectives
  Anyone can call themselves world-class. We would rather show the repository, the running app, and what we learned from the parts that went wrong.
• Small on purpose
  We hire slowly and deliberately. Growth that costs us the ability to know what everyone is working on is not growth we want.
